Life is a rich tapestry of different individual experiences. Although these can be positive, our personal journeys can also affect us with feelings such as overwhelm, sadness, loneliness or pain. Sometimes we may feel like we don't fit in this world, or that we don't want to be a part of it. Sometimes we may not know how we feel other than we don't feel ok.
As a therapist, I hope to provide you with the support and opportunity to explore these experiences and/or emotions. Together we can understand how or why you feel the things that you do. Together we can define and shape the change you may wish for in your life.
